RWI race kits are drilled with universal patterns — fronts 4/144 & 4/156, rears 4/110 & 4/115 — so one kit covers the Suzuki LTR450 at both ends without adapters. Check another machine in the full fitment guide, or read how the numbers are measured in the ATV bolt pattern guide.
RWI RACE KITS THAT FIT THE LTR450
Listed on the compatibility block of each kit as LTR400 · LTR450. Every kit is a complete front and rear package.
CHOOSING WHEELS FOR A LTR450
Suzuki built the LTR450 for six model years and it is still a common sight on race weekends, which means owners are usually buying wheels for a machine that is no longer supported by a current parts catalogue. The fitment RWI publishes for it is in the spec cards above, covering the full production run rather than a single year.
One thing to watch on this platform: the LTR450 does not share a bolt pattern with every other 450 in the class. Assuming a set that fit a friend's quad will fit yours is how wheels end up going back in the box. Check the pattern on this page against what you have before you order.
RWI race kits sidestep the issue. Kit fronts are drilled 4/144 & 4/156 and rears 4/110 & 4/115, and the LTR450 sits on the Suzuki line of every kit compatibility block alongside the LTR400. That universal drilling is why a kit fits without adapters.
From there it is a terrain choice. The GNCC kit runs a single-beadlock front and a dual-beadlock rear for hard enduro ground. MX2B and GP2B put a rolled lip inside and a single beadlock outside on all four wheels. MX1 and GP1 keep dual reinforced rolled lips up front for a lighter front end.
LTR450 FITMENT QUESTIONS
RWI lists the LTR450 at a 4/110 rear bolt pattern with 10mm x 1.25 lug studs, covering 2006 through 2011. RWI race kits are drilled 4/110 and 4/115 in the rear and 4/144 and 4/156 up front, so a kit covers the LTR450 at both ends with no adapters.
All five RWI ATV race kits fit: GNCC, GP1, GP2B, MX1 and MX2B. The LTR450 is printed on the Suzuki line of every kit compatibility block, together with the LTR400.
No. RWI publishes the LTR450 at a 4/110 rear and the Yamaha YFZ450R at 4/115 rear, so a wheel drilled for one is not drilled for the other. An RWI race kit covers both, because kit rears are drilled for 4/110 and 4/115 alike.
RWI publishes a narrower front and a wider rear for the LTR450 — the exact widths are in the spec cards on this page. That combination is standard on race quads, sharpening steering up front and putting more tire down under power, and every RWI race kit ships already matched to it.
