Four wheels, one part number

A wheel kit is the fastest way to get a race-ready setup under your quad without guessing at combinations. Every RWI ATV race kit ships as a complete front and rear package — four wheels chosen to work together and sized for the discipline the kit is named after. Pick the kit that matches how you ride and the hard part is already decided.

The kits split along the same line racers do. MX1 and GP1 run rolled lip fronts for riders who want the lightest, simplest front end. MX2B and GP2B step the front up to a 10x5 beadlock for riders who load the front wheel hard through ruts and berms. The GNCC kit is the most aggressive of the group: a beadlock front paired with a 9x9 (4+5) double beadlock rear that clamps both the inner and outer bead — the setup for hard enduro terrain where a rolled bead ends your day.

Fitment is deliberately broad. Front wheels are drilled 4/144 and 4/156, rears 4/110 and 4/115, so one kit covers the common sport quad hubs instead of forcing you into a make-specific part number. Wheels are 6061-T6 aluminum, heat treated for a better strength-to-weight ratio than standard alloy construction, and every beadlock ring is CNC-machined from billet aluminum. Ring color is configured on the kit page — the color that already ships inside the wheel is included at no charge, and upgrades like CarbonFlex rings are priced in front of you before you add to cart.

These are the kits our own team races. Wyatt Wilkin runs RWI through GNCC’s woods, Max Lindquist through ATV MX and WORCS, Mason Jackson in Pro ATV Motocross. Their feedback is the product development cycle. If a setup does not survive the gate, it does not get sold here. Domestic orders over $700 ship free.
