RWI Wheels

RWI Wheels is the house brand — the parts we design, spec and race ourselves rather than resell. This collection is everything under that name in one list: complete ATV race kits, individual beadlock and rolled lip wheels, replacement beadlock rings, mud plugs, lug nuts and the hardware that holds it all together.

The engineering story is short and it does not change between products. Wheels are 6061-T6 aluminum with heat treatment tuned for strength-to-weight, because a race wheel has to survive an impact load without punishing you with rotating mass on every corner exit. Beadlock rings are CNC-machined from billet aluminum, because the ring is the part that decides whether your tire is still on the rim at the end of the moto.

Fitment is intentionally wide. Front wheels carry 4/144 and 4/156 bolt patterns, rears carry 4/110 and 4/115, which covers the common sport quad hubs without splitting the catalog into a dozen make-specific SKUs. If you are not sure what fits your machine, the fitment guide will narrow it by make, model and year before you spend anything.

RWI is racer owned, and the proof is on the gate. Wyatt Wilkin races these wheels through GNCC’s trees, roots, rocks and mud. Max Lindquist runs them across ATV MX and WORCS. Mason Jackson, a two-time ATV MX Pro-Am National Champion, races them in Pro ATV Motocross. When a rider tells us something did not behave the way we expected, the next batch waits until we understand why.
