The parts that keep a wheel in service

A beadlock wheel is a serviceable assembly, and that is the point. Rings get bent, hardware gets tired, and mud plugs disappear on the fourth lap. None of that should mean buying the wheel again. This collection is every consumable and replacement part that keeps an RWI wheel in rotation.

Beadlock rings come in 8, 9 and 10 inch, and ring size follows wheel diameter — the first number in your wheel name is the ring you need. A 10x5 or 10x8 wheel takes a 10 inch ring, a 9x8 or 9x9 takes a 9 inch, and an 8x8 takes the 8 inch. Every standard ring is CNC-machined from billet aluminum. CarbonFlex rings are the upgrade tier, available in all three diameters. One thing worth remembering: the 9x9 (4+5) double beadlock uses two rings on a single wheel.

Mud plugs come in both mounting styles because riders disagree about which is better. Bolt-on slotted plugs stay put and shed weight through the slots; push-in plugs are faster to pull when you need to clear packed mud between motos. Both are stocked in 8, 9 and 10 inch to match the wheel.

Hardware is here too. The beadlock nut plate replacement kit fixes the failure everyone eventually has — a stripped or pulled plate behind the ring — without a new wheel. Lug nut kits cover the mounting side. The titanium bolt kit is the weight-conscious ring hardware option for riders counting grams at the outer edge of the wheel, which is exactly where weight costs the most.

If you are replacing a ring, match the diameter first and the color second. Domestic orders over $700 ship free.
