Beadlock Wheels
6061-T6 aluminum, race-proven from GNCC to WORCS.
Why a beadlock, and why this one
A beadlock ring exists for exactly one reason: to stop the tire from walking off the rim when you drop pressure to find grip. Every RWI beadlock wheel clamps the tire bead mechanically with a ring CNC-machined from billet aluminum, so a low-PSI setup stays sealed through the side hits, ruts and hard landings that unseat a standard rim.
The wheels are 6061-T6 aluminum, and the heat treatment is what does the work — it buys a better strength-to-weight ratio than standard alloy construction. That means a wheel that absorbs the impact loads of a bad landing without carrying weight you have to accelerate out of every corner. The bead seat is machined to a tolerance that keeps the tire where you put it instead of letting it creep under load.
The range covers the sport quad spread: 8x8 (3+5) and 9x8 (3+5), 10x5 in both 4+1 and 3+2 offsets, 10x8 (3+5) at the rear, and a 9x9 (4+5) double beadlock that clamps the inner and outer bead for riders who refuse to risk either one. Rear wheels carry 4/110 and 4/115 bolt patterns, fronts carry 4/144 and 4/156, so most common hubs are covered without hunting down a make-specific part.
Ring color is selectable on every wheel page. The color that already ships inside the wheel is included at no extra cost, and swapping to another color or a CarbonFlex ring is priced on the page. Replacement rings, nut plates and hardware all live in Wheel Accessories — a damaged ring is a parts order, not a new wheel. Domestic orders over $700 ship free.
