RWI Wheels exists because race-day reliability is a feature, not a marketing line. Every wheel we ship has been turned, beadlocked, and torque-checked with one question in mind: would a top-10 GNCC finisher trust this on a 2-hour XC1 Pro moto?

RWI started where every honest motorsport brand should — on the gate. We watched too many wheel failures end too many promising motos to keep racing on parts that weren’t built for the abuse we were putting on them.

So we built our own. 6061-T6 aluminum wheels, CNC-machined billet beadlock rings, and rolled-lip geometry that holds tire pressure when the line through the rocks gets ugly. Every spec is decided by what wins on Saturday, not what looks good in a catalog.

The detail nobody sees.

Every wheel is built from 6061-T6 aluminum, tempered for the impact loads of jumps and braking bumps, and each beadlock ring is CNC-cut from billet aluminum. The bead seat holds a tolerance that doesn’t let a tire walk under load, even on a hard side-hit.

Beadlock rings are torqued to a documented spec and hardware is graded for what it has to hold — not what’s cheapest at the supplier. The result is a wheel you only think about when you take it off to swap a tire.

Our team rides what we sell. Wyatt Wilkin runs RWI through GNCC’s nastiest woods. Max Lindquist puts them through ATV MX and WORCS rocks. Mason Jackson battles the Pro ATV Motocross class right beside him.

When a rider tells us a wheel did something we didn’t expect, we don’t ship the next batch until we understand why. That feedback loop is the whole product development cycle.
